We represent individuals and organizations seeking to exploit their business concepts through both franchising and licensing opportunities. As part of such representation, we assist clients in the preparation of the disclosure documents (offering circular) prescribed by the Federal Trade Commission and various state regulatory agencies, registering at the state level where applicable, and guide them in complying with disclosure and other regulatory requirements and in enforcing their trademarks and other proprietary rights. We also review and negotiate agreements on behalf of prospective and existing franchisees and licensees.
