• Founded the firm in 1995 and managed its growth through August 2011

• As a former part-owner and principal of a construction material supply company, a surety company and an adjusting company, Anne developed the ability to favorably resolve construction disputes without resorting to litigation
• Practiced with a large international law firm
• Served as outside general counsel for a publicly traded company during a period of dramatic growth
• Former attorney for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
• Acted as Special Counsel to the Ohio Superintendent of Insurance for a number of high profile cases
