• Substantial national experience in the acquisition, development, sale and financing of hotel properties, including negotiation of management agreements and franchise agreements with national chains
• Substantial national experience representing landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting shopping center and office leases
• Represents buyers and sellers in the sale and acquisition of other businesses
• Particular experience in the acquisition, sale and financing of radio stations

• Almost 30 years as a practicing attorney, including five years with a New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate investment trust and almost 25 years with three major Cleveland law firms before joining Meyers, Roman, Friedberg & Lewis
