• Assists clients with private equity and debt offerings, real estate acquisitions, construction and leasing matters, employment issues, intellectual property licensing and a variety of institutional debt facilities.
• Guides formation of tax-exempt organizations and counsels clients in the areas of filing for recognition of tax-exempt status, nonprofit corporate governance, and mergers and affiliations of nonprofit organizations
• Clients include a sports and entertainment marketing company, a professional sports league and one of its member teams, a regional title insurance agency, a regional grocery chain, a regional steel processing company, medical and dental professionals, OEM automotive suppliers, equipment manufacturers and emerging technology companies
