Brent A. Shelley
Brent A. Shelley represents clients on a wide variety of business issues, including entity formation, dissolution, mergers, asset acquisitions, real estate purchases and sales, employee relations, and financing. Mr. Shelley also assists clients on intellectual property and computer law matters, including trademark and copyright registration, confidentiality and trade secret protection, infringement review, licensing agreements, and privacy and end-user agreements. Mr. Shelley graduated with Dean’s List recognition from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2006 and received his undergraduate degree with distinction from Indiana University in 2003.
