Bryan Dardis

Bryan J. Dardis is an associate with the business practice group at Meyers Roman. Mr. Dardis assists clients in a variety of real estate and corporate matters, including real estate purchases, sales, leasing, financing, and construction and development, as well as corporate entity formation and termination, acquisitions, mergers, and corporate financing. Mr. Dardis focuses his efforts on taking a comprehensive but pragmatic approach in working with clients to achieve their business and personal goals.

Mr. Dardis graduated magna cum laude from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2005, where he received various awards for contract law, real estate law, and clinical work. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dardis obtained his bachelor of business administration from Ohio University with majors in Marketing and Management Information Systems and worked as a project manager and application programmer at a Fortune 500 company.

Mr. Dardis is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and American Bar Association, of which he is a participant in Business and Probate & Property Sections. In addition, Mr. Dardis is on the Board of Directors of the Americans of Italian Heritage, Inc., and a member of the Justinian Forum.
