F. Scott B. Geneva

F. Scott B. Geneva’s practice consists of estate planning and taxes, probate and succession planning. Mr. Geneva focuses on the needs and desires of each client. He tailors each estate plan to best accomplish the goals of his clients, taking into consideration the tax implications presented by each client’s circumstances.

Mr. Geneva graduated from Miami University with a degree in economics and earned his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. He clerked for an estate planning attorney during law school and joined Meyers Roman upon graduation from law school in 1999.

Mr. Geneva is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Section of the American Bar Association, the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He has published articles and given presentations on trusts, powers of attorney and current estate planning issues.
