Louis B. Geneva

Louis B. Geneva (Of Counsel) has over 30 years of experience as a tax consultant to a wide variety of clients. Having been awarded Emeritus status at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he has taught federal taxation courses for the past 28 years, Mr. Geneva focuses his practice on Tax Law with an emphasis on Estate Planning and Probate Law. Mr. Geneva was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1973 after graduating from Suffolk University College of Law in 1973. He also earned his LL.M (Tax) in 1974 from New York University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has litigated tax cases before the Tax Court, the Northern Ohio Federal District Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
