Lynn A. Kriessler
Lynn A. Kriessler’s legal practice concentrates on regulatory compliance issues (particularly in the surety and insurance industries) and business and commercial transactions. She has been practicing law since 1991 and joined Meyers Roman in 1995. Acting as “outside general counsel” to numerous privately held clients, she has devised comprehensive compliance strategies and advised clients of the practical applications of regulations.
Ms. Kriessler has established and cultivated working relationships with governmental agencies and, with the assistance of these contacts, is able to effectively navigate regulatory interpretations, resolve ambiguities and provide practical guidance to her clients.
She is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College.
