Peter Turner
Peter Turner is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully represented a variety of clients including manufacturers, service corporations, insurance companies and individuals. He has tried cases before judges and juries in state and federal courts and has represented parties in all forms of alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Mr. Turner’s broad range of experience encompasses commercial and construction disputes, banking and financing practices, trade secrets, business contract disputes, labor and employment law issues, Uniform Commercial Code disputes, products liability and personal injury claims. While Mr. Turner is well-qualified to present a client’s case in courts and other dispute resolution forums, he strives to settle all matters, where possible, through reasonable compromise, thus saving his client valuable time, energy and resources.
Mr. Turner graduated in 1981 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and began his law career with a four-year commission as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force. He is a member of the bars in Ohio, Maryland and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court as well as several federal appeals and district courts.
