DuPuy Hip System RecallFebruary 25, 2011
As you may know, DePuy Orthopedics, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company, has voluntarily recalled the ASR XZ Acetabular System and ASR Hip Resurfacing System that are used in hip replacement surgeries.
Meyers Roman is coordinating with a law firm which represents a group of DePuy patients in its efforts to identify additional individuals who have these DePuy Hip Systems and are in need of no cost legal assistance in handling the legal issues associated with this recall. This could be an important issue whether the patient is currently experiencing problems or not.
