Areas to be covered include: LLCs vs. S corporations; reducing the business owners' social security tax liability; employees vs. independent contractors; using an employee leasing company; tax breaks for investing in small businesses; Green Building Incentives; and tax breaks for exporters of US made products.
The Breakfast Briefing takes place on Tuesday, May 10th, 2011 at the Hilton Cleveland East/Beachwood starting with 7:30 sign-in, breakfast and networking. The program begins at 8:00 am, lasts until 9:30 am and includes a question and answer period at the end.
