Mario Fazio is on the Faculty of National Business Institute's (NBI) August 24th Seminar on LLCsJuly 29, 2010
Mario Fazio will be teaching at a one-day NBI-sponsored seminar, entitled "LLCs: From Formation to Special Uses," on August 24th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel City Centre. His portion of the program will focus on mergers and conversions, single member LLCs, special rules for regulated professions, exceptions to limited liability, and crossing state and international boundaries. This is an intermediate level program for accounting, legal or other professionals who want to get current on the most recent trends impacting today's LLCs.
