Meyers, Roman, Friedberg & Lewis proudly announces that Steven P. Dlott, Esq. has joined the firm. Steve is a member of the labor and employment group and will be heading up the firm’s workers’ compensation practice. Steve is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation law and represents employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, including administrative hearings, court appeals and trials, mandamus actions, Violation of Specific Safety Requirement proceedings, and hearings before the BWC involving manual classification issues. Steve is also an annual featured speaker at several area Safety Committee organizations.
Steve is a former assistant attorney general, and he has extensive experience representing public agencies, including the Ohio State Pharmacy Board, the Ohio State Medical Board, the Department of Health, and the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Steve resides in University Heights with his wife and three sons.
